FileStore ECM is fully W3C compliant and content can be stored on a central server or on local networks. The system has fully tracked and auditable approval workflows for each user, group or type of content. This ensures content is properly controlled and errors reduced.

FileStore ECM can output any web page to a selection of static formats including HTML, XML, MS Word, PDF, CD/DVD format.

In addition existing websites can be re-rendered into a common new format using the existing site files from multiple sources including Dreamweaver, FrontPage and Cold Fusion.
