As all FileStore EDM documents are fully text searchable our Active Compliance software module can be configured to check for certain trigger criteria and identify documents with compliance concerns.
Once a document has been identified the content is automatically locked and an email sent to your Compliance Officer with details of the potential risk. The infringement can then be manually checked; in addition any associated data can also be reviewed.
