What is FileStore Digital Signature?
Virtually all countries now have legislation in place (including the UK, EU and USA) to accept digitally signed documents. Business using electronic signatures have found benefits include faster document execution and improved security.
FileStore Digital Signature software allows documents of any sort to be digitally signed using internationally industry standard certificate services such as EnTrust.
What does FileStore Digital Signature do?
For documents that require a formal signature FileStore Digital Signature can provide an alternative legally valid document approval. The document can then subsequently be checked against a Government accredited server service to check that files stored in FileStore have not been changed in any way.
Our security seal service is approved and in use by many UK and Worldwide Government Security, Military and Police services. Plus it also has approvals to CSIA claims testing, ISO27001 and UK Government Gateway Approvals.

FileStore Digital Signature can be implemented as part of a document approval workflow using the FileStore BPM software. The electronically signed documents are then securely held within the FileStore EDM server database.
