DCS Achieves ISO 27001 Certification

ISO 27001 is an international standard that puts necessary security checks in place to ensure that all information assets are safe. It helps protect corporate information from threats like hacking, viruses, data thefts or natural disasters. Hence, it has become an imperative for organisations processing data and handling documents in large volumes.

At DCS customer data security is our highest priority. ISO27001 is the only international certification standard for IT systems security and therefore it became essential for DCS to achieve it.

The certification also means that our online hosted EDM solutions meet the latest industry standards for security and our customers’ gain further confidence to adopt web data management solutions.

DCS achieved ISO 27001 following a thorough risk assessment exercise by independent consultants. Following on from the consultants recommendations DCS have established stringent controls as outlined by ISO27001, to mitigate any risks to data security.

The certificate was administered by QMS, certifying that all operations of DCS meet the requirements set out by ISO27001.
